My husband and I decided to build our first home. We met with several builders, the larger builders nickle and dime for every single upgrade such as granite and the flooring. We felt it was overpriced for the value. We are so glad with Tina, she made us feel so comfortable. The contract was simple, everything in the home was already upgraded (granite in the kitchen, fireplace, laundry, bathrooms, wainscotting, hardwood floors throughout the main floor and tile for the bathrooms just to name a few) We only added a few additional upgrades and paid a few thousand dollars as opposed to 50-100k which other builders were charging.

The process took a few months which was expected BUT it was seamless. Tina was super responsive and we were able to speak to our builder Charlie the entire way. There were no additional fees and no additional fees charged. We chose regular granite for the whole house but later found a luxury granite that we had to pay for. We purchased 3 slabs for the kitchen, fireplace, laundry, master and guest bathrooms. Not sure what happened but when we showed up at the house they put our luxury granite only in the kitchen and fireplace and sent the remaining slabs back to the warehouse. The original granite was in the bathrooms and laundry room. When I called Charlie, he immediately corrected the issue. They took out the granite placed in the laundry room and baths and replaced it with the slabs we purchased. He didn’t charge us for the corrections, which we probably would’ve had to pay at another builder. I’ve heard horror stories from friends and family that have built and I felt we were so lucky with how easy the process was. We highly recommend them.

Listen everyone, JoAnne was incredible. She was available 24/7 whenever we needed something. And I’m talking 24/7. It wasn’t uncommon for me to text her at 10:30 at night to only receive a respond text within seconds. I’m also kind of a picking person, but this did not seem to bother her. If it did, she definitely hid it. After we closed on our house, she brought us two house warming gifts and a bottle of champagne. Not only this, she swung by a couple weeks after the move-in just to see how everyone was doing. Oh, and our kids loved her. I can’t wait until one of my friends is ready to buy a house because I know exactly who I am going to introduce them to. JoAnne was unbelievable and awesome.
